1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the SnipeRadar application and related services (“App”, “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use / End User License Agreement (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License and permitted use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal use only.

• You may use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store rules.
• You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party.

2.1. No resale / no commercial use of content

The information, content, layouts, and outputs presented by the App (including listing data, calendar view, structure, and presentation) are provided for personal use only.

• No copying of content for resale or commercial distribution.
• No re-use of content, structure, or data presentation in other applications, products, dashboards, or services.
• No scraping, automated extraction, mirroring, or bulk exporting of data or content.

3. Intellectual property

The App and all related intellectual property rights (including trademarks, design, graphics, UI, code, and branding) are owned by the Licensor or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

4. User conduct

You agree not to:

• attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or bypass security features of the App,
• use the App for unlawful purposes or in a way that may harm the Service,
• interfere with or disrupt servers, networks, or API endpoints,
• circumvent access controls, subscriptions, or usage limits.

5. Subscriptions and payments

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions via Apple In-App Purchase. Payments are processed by Apple. Subscription management (including cancellation) is available in your Apple ID settings.

Premium access is enabled only when Apple confirms an active entitlement and the backend validates access.

6. Ads / Promotion of SnipeRadar

Any use of your name, logo, testimonial, screenshot, or content that identifies you for promotion or advertising purposes will be done only with your explicit consent.

7. Data sources and accuracy

SnipeRadar is an information and alerting tool. We aggregate information from public/official sources. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any listing information.

8. No financial advice

The App does not provide investment, trading, or financial advice. Nothing in the App is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your decisions and risk management.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App and Service are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the App or reliance on the information provided.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App or Service if you violate these Terms or if required for security. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on www.sniperadar.com. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law based on the Licensor’s place of establishment, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
