SnipeRadar Public Listing History Data License

Version 1 · Effective August 12, 2026

These terms govern use of SnipeRadar's public listing-history pages and the SnipeRadar-created data displayed on them.

1. Permitted use

SnipeRadar public listing-history pages are provided for individual, informational viewing and ordinary browser access. You may link to public SnipeRadar pages and quote limited excerpts with clear attribution where permitted by applicable law.

2. Uses not granted

No license is granted to reproduce, republish, redistribute, mirror, scrape, automatically extract, bulk download, resell, or use the collection to build another dataset, dashboard, product or service without prior written permission from the operator.

3. SnipeRadar-created and derived data

The organization and normalization of the public listing history, Radar Score, alert lead timing and SnipeRadar risk-context fields are SnipeRadar-created or derived elements. Nothing on this page grants access to any private API or permits circumvention of technical access controls.

4. Third-party materials

Official exchange announcements, third-party trademarks, logos and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights and terms. This license does not claim ownership of those materials or expand the rights available under their terms.

5. Information only and no warranty

The public history is provided for informational purposes only and is not financial or investment advice. Listing records can be changed, delayed or cancelled. The data is provided as available, without a guarantee of completeness, accuracy, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Permissions and contact

For permission to reproduce or license the collection, contact support@sniperadar.com. The operator is KBSH Software Sp. z o.o.

Version 1. Effective August 12, 2026. These data terms apply to the public listing-history collection; the application and other services remain subject to their own terms.
